to remodel, perform repairs,
or replace components
in their Somerset
Condominium units

MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS.
APPLICATION
FOR APPROVAL
for Review and Approval
by the Somerset Condominiums Association Board of Directors.
Form to be completed by homeowners who want to
add to, alter, modify, remove, replace, obstruct, or
in any way affect the property, including the exterior
of buildings, or any of
the Somerset Condominiums General Common Elements or Limited Common Elements.

This application form must be completed and submitted for review and approval by the Somerset Condominiums Association Board of Directors for owner actions that will affect building components (limited and general common elements), such as:
• an air conditioning system compressor on common element roof
• a dumpster you want to place in a common parking area
• a fire door replacement
• window replacements
• owner remodels or repairs to limited common elements |
